AN UNBIASED VIEW OF CUSTOM CENTER CONSOLE WOOD

Going to build a padded lid which is able to have to have wrapped too. Could use assistance on type of hinges to use. Was thinking about making a leather pouch form pocket as an alternative to making a little something rigid outside of fiberglass. Any ideas to make this far better/a lot easier are welcome. I strengthened all corners and both sides
